**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure project specifications are met.
- Utilize project management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam to track project progress.
- Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Manage documentation related to project activities, including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Support the project team in utilizing Civil 3D for design-related tasks as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on project status for stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2-3 years experience.
- Proven experience in project management or a related field within the construction industry.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Familiarity with software tools such as Bluebeam, ProCore, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
