About Us

EVA Climate Group Inc. is a leading provider of commercial HVAC services across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Renowned for our professionalism and reliability, we specialize in HVAC installations, urgent service calls, and maintenance for a wide range of commercial and industrial clients.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support our growing operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule HVAC installation projects and service calls
  • Communicate daily with technicians, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
  • Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work
  • Manage documentation and maintain accurate project records
  • Respond to urgent service requests and assist in prioritizing work orders
  • Support project managers and office operations as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination (HVAC or construction industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
