**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in project planning, execution, and completion within the specified deadlines and budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are on track
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
- Manage project documentation and maintain project files
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Communicate project status updates to team members and stakeholders
- Utilize project management tools and softwares
- Support team management efforts to ensure project success

- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Strong team management abilities to lead and motivate team members
- Proficiency in project planning methodologies
- Experience with project tracking and reporting
- Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
