As the Charter Sales Manager, you will work closely with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, manage client needs, and develop long-term relationships within the charter industry. You will also play a key role in the strategic development of our charter division to drive growth and profitability. **Primary Job Functions**:
**Sales & Business Development**:

- Generate new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and cultivating leads.
- Negotiate and close charter sales agreements with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop customized solutions for clients based on their unique charter needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs to support the growth of the charter division.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the charter and aviation industry.
- Cultivate a deep network of contacts in the charter industry, including brokers, operators, corporate clients, and government entities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and communication throughout the sales process and post-sale.

**Market Research & Strategy**:

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of strategies for the expansion and enhancement of the charter division.
- Stay informed on the competitive landscape and industry trends, adapting strategies accordingly.

**Collaborative Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of charter services.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance charter products and services.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and build the brand.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- ** Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field
- ** Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in charter sales, aviation sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record in generating new business, closing deals, and managing key accounts.
- Strong network of contacts within the charter and aviation industry.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Familiarity with aircraft leasing and operations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the charter industry, including regulations, trends, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
