**Summary of certifications and job requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, industrial relations, communications or another relevant program of study
- At least three years of experience in talent attraction
- Ability to handle several files simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written
- Asset: mastery of Spanish (spoken and written)
