**Job description**

Posh Properties is a leading luxury vacation rental provider, renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As we continue to expand globally, we’re seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist to help us attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent to support our mission of operational excellence.

**Responsibilities**
- **End-to-End Recruitment**: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job description drafting and postings, resume screening, interviews, handling pre-employment checks such as references and background verifications, and extending offers. Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization, maintain accurate employee records, update company platforms with new hire information, and keep the organizational chart up to date
- **Employer Branding**: Partner with marketing to promote Posh Properties as an employer of choice, creating compelling job advertisements and campaigns.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
- **Compliance**: Ensure recruitment practices adhere to legal standards and best practices globally.
- **HR Support Functions**: Assistance with various HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, and training coordination, as needed.

**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or startups.
- Proficient in thriving within a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in ADP Payroll systems, Microsoft Dynamics, and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with global hiring practices and sourcing in diverse talent markets.

**Responsabilités**
- **Recrutement de A à Z**: Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de recrutement, y compris la rédaction et l'affichage des descriptions de postes, la sélection des CV, les entretiens, la gestion des contrôles préalables à l'embauche tels que la vérification des références et des antécédents, et l'envoi des offres. Aider à l'intégration des nouveaux employés afin d'assurer une transition en douceur dans l'organisation, tenir à jour les dossiers des employés, mettre à jour les plateformes de l'entreprise avec les informations sur les nouveaux employés et maintenir l'organigramme à jour.
- **Marque Employeur **:Collaborer avec l’équipe marketing pour promouvoir Posh Properties en tant qu’employeur de choix en créant des annonces et campagnes d’emploi attrayantes.
- **Collaboration **:Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires d’embauche pour comprendre les besoins en talents et fournir des conseils stratégiques en matière de recrutement.
- **Conformité**: S’assurer que les pratiques de recrutement respectent les normes légales et les meilleures pratiques à l’échelle mondiale.
- **Fonctions de soutien aux RH**: Assistance à diverses fonctions RH, y compris la gestion des performances, les relations avec les employés et la coordination de la formation, selon les besoins.

**Qualifications**
