- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial documentation.
- Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating.
- Maintain an organized office environment by ensuring supplies are stocked and facilities are clean.
- Support team members with administrative projects as needed to enhance overall productivity.
- Social media and marketing scheduling

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
