We’re now looking for a **Marketing & Administrative Assistant** to join us **in-person at our Toronto office**. This is a collaborative role where you’ll support both our marketing and business operations teams.

**The Role**

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an office environment, enjoys being at the center of communication, and can balance both marketing-related tasks and administrative duties. You’ll be a key support in ensuring that client interactions and internal workflows run seamlessly.

**Responsibilities**
- Take notes during client and internal meetings, and distribute clear, organized summaries.
- Answer calls, manage correspondence, and maintain professionalism as a first point of contact.
- Organize and maintain client lists, contact information, and relationship records.
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for the agency.
- Support the marketing team with scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team.

**Qualifications**

**Must-Haves**
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail in writing and documentation.
- Proficiency with office tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).

**Nice-to-Haves**
- Experience in marketing, communications, or administration.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or client databases.
- Interest in branding, media, or marketing strategy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
