Dental Front Desk Administrator

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently.
- Answer phone calls promptly and handle inquiries regarding services, appointments, and patient accounts.
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Process patient intake forms and verify insurance information.
- Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing.
- Preauthorizing treatment plans, scheduling, following up
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the office.
- **Requirements**:
- **Two years experience in dental management / front desk management and 2 years working with Power Practice is a must.**:
- Ability to seamlessly prioritize workflow
- Dedication to the position.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk administrative duties.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding patient service.
- Ability to work Monday to Thursday from 8-5
- as well as the occasional Friday from 8-1
Pay: $26.50-$31.00 per hour
