Key Responsibilities

As our **Bookkeeper & Office Coordinator**, you will play an important role in our operations, ensuring smooth financial and administrative processes while delivering top-notch customer service.

**Bookkeeping Duties (via Sage 50)**:

- Handle **payables and receivables**:

- Handle **government remittances and filings**:

- Process **payroll** and perform **bank reconciliations**:

- Maintain accurate **financial records and reports** for the owner

**Administrative and Office Management**:

- Take incoming **phone calls**, assisting new and existing customers
- Maintain **office and shop supplies**:

- Support the owner with administrative tasks, working collaboratively daily

What You Bring
- **Experience with Sage 50** and bookkeeping fundamentals
- **Personality**: Outgoing, optimistic, patient, upbeat, and efficient
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and oral skills with a personable phone manner
- **Technical Skills**: We use Windows and Mac/Apple systems
- **Multi-Tasking**: Able to prioritize and shift focus as needed
- A **sense of humor** and a love for learning about the sign industry

Work Environment

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
