We’re an all-female construction management company (yes, we exist) with an integrated interior design studio, and we’re looking to add to our amazing team. Our new full time in-studio **Bookkeeper & Administrator** will keep our books tight, our studio organized and our team rolling, rolling, rolling.
**THE JOB (a.k.a. what you’ll be up to)**:
- QBO (QuickBooks Online) is your second language
- Manage accounts payable/receivable like a boss
- Wrangle receipts like a rodeo queen—digitally and IRL
- Track project estimates and budgets
- Bonus: you know magic (aka. Schedule of Values)
- Keep our digital filing system so clean you could eat off it
- Coordinate the office vibe (and calendar) so the chaos stays charming
- Occasionally wield a label maker with great power and responsibility
**YOU (yes, you)**:
- Speak fluent QuickBooks Online, Excel, and “No need to worry, I’ve got this”
- Have a bookkeeping certificate or diploma
- Have at least 2 years of experience doing this kind of magic
- Are weirdly excited by tax deadlines and account codes
- Can organize a team of busy construction goddesses with grace and sass
- Think invoices should be beautiful (and accurate)
- Probably colour-code your to-do list (respect)
- Laugh easily, swear occasionally, and don’t crumble under pressure
**BONUS POINTS IF YOU**:
- Have worked in construction, interior design, architecture, or anything with blueprints
- Know your way around project management tools
- Love snacks, dogs, feminism, and weird jokes (a passion of thrifting is also a plus)

Pay: $27.00-$33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
