About the Role

As the Inside Sales/Account Management Specialist at Merrco/Payfirma, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by managing lists to prequalify leads for the sales team and serving as the point of contact/Account Manager for mid-tier accounts. You will be responsible for proactively identifying business needs, matching clients with tailored solutions, and contributing to the overall success of the Sales and Account Management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work diligently on lead lists to prequalify potential clients for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to strategize and execute effective lead-generation campaigns.
- Serve as a valuable bridge between the Sales and Account Management teams.
- Act as the dedicated Account Manager for mid-tier accounts, building strong client relationships.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and execute strategic account plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving for account-related issues.
- Foster seamless communication between Sales, Partnerships, Operations/Support, and Finance departments.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure the success of marketing campaigns and support campaign delivery.
- Leverage expertise in Demand Generation, CRM Management, and Sales Enablement to enhance revenue strategies.
- Optimize the use of Salesforce for efficient operations and revenue growth.
- Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement within the Sales and Account Management teams.
- Collaborate with the broader organization to drive efficiency and excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Competitive drive, internally motivated to hit the ground running and exceed targets
- Friendly and motivated self-starter with the ability to engage with a wide range of personalities on the phone. Passion for making an impact.
- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or account management roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Results driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
