The Role

We are seeking an Account Manager / Inside Sales professional to manage and grow relationships with existing club clients, while identifying opportunities to introduce new solutions aligned with each club's operational and budgetary goals.

This role blends account management, solution consulting, budgeting, and proposal development, with a strong focus on long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management


• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned club clients


• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with club management teams


• Conduct regular check-ins, technology reviews, and planning sessions

Annual IT Budgeting & Planning


• Prepare annual IT and technology budgets for each client


• Align technology spend with club operations, growth plans, and risk management


• Review historical costs, renewals, and upcoming initiatives

Proposals & Solutions


• Prepare and present proposals for cloud & VoIP telephone systems


• Prepare proposals for managed IT services and cybersecurity initiatives


• Collaborate with internal technical teams to scope and price solutions

Product Promotion & Presentations


• Present Kitchen Display Systems integrated with club POS


• Present Face Recognition Access Control solutions for member access


• Present cybersecurity services including training, 2FA, and monitoring

Sales Support & Growth


• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts


• Support contract renewals and service expansions


• Maintain accurate CRM and client documentation

Qualifications & Experience


• 5+ years experience in account management, inside sales, or B2B technology sales


• Experience with IT services, VoIP, SaaS, or security solutions preferred


• Strong communication and presentation skills


• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences


• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
