Position Description As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with Field Sales distributors who do not receive in‑person engagement. Through consistent communication and support via phone and Teams, you will strengthen distributor connections, drive sales growth, increase product and category adoption, and identify potential prospects to share with your fellow Territory Managers. What You Will Do Manage and grow a defined list of distributors through proactive outbound calls, email, and virtual meetings. Serve as the primary inside contact for assigned customers, building strong, long‑term relationships. Develop account plans, identify opportunities, and execute growth strategies with your accounts. Own the sales process from quoting and order support to follow‑up and repeat business. Qualify inbound leads and route them appropriately within your team. Support product launches, promotions, programs, and Strategic Initiatives. Analyze customer purchasing patterns and recommend actions to increase share of wallet. Act as a trusted advisor and problem‑solver for customers, resolving issues quickly and professionally. What You Will Bring Minimum 1‑year sales and/or marketing experience.
