**Springwood Homes** is looking for a part time, permanent Accounting and Payroll Administrator to work 3-4 days a week. Confidentiality, excellent data entry skills, and keen attention to detail are very important qualifications for this position.
**Duties include**:
Uploading time sheet data
Processing bi-weekly payroll
Remitting source deductions
Processing and remittances of WCB premiums and reconciliations
Data entry and processing cheques for Accounts Payable
Data entry and processing Accounts Receivables
**Qualifications include**:
Computer and technology knowledge: Sage 50/Simply Accounting. MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS Word.
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Tight deadlines. Excellent time management skills.
Personal suitability: Accurate. Dependable. Efficient interpersonal skills. Organized. Reliable. Team player.
Experience: Minimum 1-year office experience.
Education: High school Diploma, Accounting Technician Diploma an asset.
