**Job description**
We’re looking to add a **Full Time** new member to our growing real estate team in the form of an **Deal Administrator & Marketing.**
This role is perfect for someone with great computer and phone skills, but who also likes to get out from behind the desk sometimes to plan and attend sales, client, and team events The office is based in Oakville, ON and our events are generally held in Milton/Oakville area as well.
**Administration/Reception**
- Assists as needed in documenting the systems of other departments, including customer service, buyer, seller, lead generation, tracking, and expansion systems.
- Build, implements, and manages all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, financial management, information management, central database management, and marketing.
- Oversees all contracts through closing.
- Is responsible for all financial systems, including maintaining the books, paying the bills, handling payroll, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports.
- Creates and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
- Coordinates the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment.
- Is responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative department members.
**Database Management**
- Utilize KVcore
- Enter New Clients into Database
- Keep Database Up to Date - Appointments, Contact Info, Sales Info
- Prepare Reports for Management
**Appointment Setting**
- Utilize Calendly
- Conduct New Client Calls to set up Appointments with Sales Staff
- Follow up with Unresponsive Leads
**Skills/Traits required**:
- Time management and multi-tasking - good at prioritizing and not easily overwhelmed
- Computer/Software/Technology literate (MS Office, Google Suite, Calendly, Follow Up Boss, Matrix, Etc.), and quick at learning new programs
- Familiar with Kvcore, Skyslope, Microsoft and other necessary apps to utilize workflow.
- A knack for Events Planning/Coordinating
- Adaptable to different environments and situations
- Self-starter and good independent worker
- Methodical; ability to plan and organize with strong attention to detail
- Eager to learn new skills and take on new tasks
- Personable and confident
- **MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE**:_
- Real Estate Admin Experience (Min 2 Years)
- Real Estate Dealing (Min 2 Years)
- Marketing (Min 2 Years)

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
