We're a busy and fast-paced used car dealership located in **Oakville**, and we're looking for a motivated and driven individual to join us as a **Used Car Sales & Admin Assistant**.

This is a **full-time** opportunity for someone looking to **build a long-term career** in the automotive industry. Whether you have some experience or you're a **fresh face ready to learn and grow**, we want to hear from you.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Help customers through the used car buying process
- Post and manage vehicle listings online (e.g., AutoTrader, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
- Handle administrative tasks: paperwork, filing, scheduling test drives, and coordinating with finance/insurance
- Learn the ins and outs of the car sales business from a hands-on, experienced team
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the dealership

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **1-3 years of work experience** (admin, sales, or customer service preferred)
- **Valid G driver’s license** in Ontario - must be comfortable driving all types of vehicles
- **OMVIC certification** (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Strong communication skills and a go-getter attitude
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using online tools and basic office software
- **Another language is a strong asset** - we serve a diverse customer base
- **Social media experience is a plus** - Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, etc.
- A positive, team-first mindset

**Compensation**:
