**JOB OVERVIEW**:
The Warehouse lead is responsible for assisting in ensuring the warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.

As a part of the team you will be responsible for actively participating in and leading the warehouse day to day operations such as off-loading, organization and inventory.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Completing reports
- Quality Control
- Tracking Inventory
- Organization of product
- Daily audits
- Log updates
- Ensure warehouse maintenance (cleanliness and organization)
- Report to warehouse manager

**REQUIREMENTS**:
CRST is seeking an individual that demonstrates the following qualifications to join our rapidly growing team:

- Demonstrates ability to successfully work in a team or independently
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Has the ability to work in an environment which at times may becomes fast-paced and high-volume
- Work schedule flexibility: ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Prior warehouse lead experience is a plus point
- High School Diploma or GED is needed
- Needs to have own vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Warehouse & Distribution Center Managers & Supervisors: 3 years (preferred)
