**Role Description**

We’re looking for a **Warehouse Team Lead** who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take on leadership responsibility. In this role, you’ll support the Warehouse Manager, oversee day-to-day operations, and guide the warehouse team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety across all aspects of distribution.

**What You’ll Do**
- Organize and direct daily warehouse workflow
- Support warehouse associates and take a leadership role when the manager is unavailable
- Review, prepare, and prioritize customer orders (Small Parcel, LTL, Automotive)
- Coordinate transportation and shipping logistics
- Oversee receiving processes, verify incoming shipments, and resolve discrepancies
- Champion Health & Safety initiatives and maintain safe practices on the floor
- Operate equipment and assist with the warehouse tasks when needed

**Qualifications**
- College diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics, Business Administration (Operations/Supply Chain), or a related field
- 3-5 years of distribution/warehouse experience, with proven leadership skills
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other warehouse management systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Valid counterbalance forklift and Raymond Reach licenses
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

Pay: $51,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
