**Opportunity knocks**

As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and complete processing of daily orders, shipment-receiving, and the timely replenishment of all stock into the picking location. You will coach and motivate your large team of staff to ensure they achieve operational KPIs by being a “hands on” leader that leads by example. You will also be responsible for identifying areas of improvement through innovation and adjusting existing work practices.

**Your story**

To thrive in this position, you must bring at least 2 years of experience at a supervisory/lead hand level and possess knowledge of logistics and supply chain management in a warehouse environment. You must have the proven ability to provide leadership to a diverse group of employees. You also must have excellent interpersonal skills, and bring solid problem-solving, conflict resolution, decision-making, and planning/organizing skills. You have to have strong written/verbal communication and listening skills, are an amazing multi-tasker, and possess excellent time management. In addition, you must have intermediate knowledge of MS Office Excel, Outlook, and Word. If you have experience with the MXP system, you earn extra points
