We currently have an immediate need for a Personal Insurance Account Managers (CSR). You will work in our GROWING Personal Lines department and will service our current clients with all their insurance needs.
- Servicing an book of personal lines clients
- Providing professional and efficient customer service to all customers
- Advising clients on changes, claims, renewals, and all issues affecting their policies
- Use Insurance Company Portals to process client changes
- Re-marketing policies as required
- Ensures quality and productivity objectives are met.
- Processes call backs, submissions and mail in a timely manner.
- Accountable for providing a high level of service to our potential clients.
- Promotes company features and benefits as part of ongoing portfolio reviews.
- Promotes client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship-building.

**Requirements**:

- RIBO License - A must
- OTL willing /able to convert to RIBO
- 3-5 years experience working a Personal Lines Insurance role (CSR)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team orientation with strong interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $49,550.42-$69,080.82 per year
