Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Woodbridge, ON. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of daily tasks, including managing correspondence, answering phones, maintaining records, preparing and organizing documents, and providing support to executive team members. The role requires efficiency, organization, and attention to detail to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and clear, professional Communication
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Clerical Skills, including document preparation and organizing tasks
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred
