Reporting to the Head Brewer the Cellar Person is responsible to perform a variety of tasks such as; Tankhouse maintenance, beer transfers, cleaning and sanitizing, assist in the operation of pasteurizer and Scholle bag, keg cleaning and filling, assisting in the packaging hall. The Cellar Person is required to follow all health and safety practices.

Requirements and Experience:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Graduate from Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management Program
- Previous brewery experience will be an asset
- Basic understanding of equipment maintenance
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 kgs
- Repetitive tasks at times throughout the day
- Proven to be a team player and work in a team environment
