**Your Role in Our Journey**

We’re looking for a data-driven **Performance Marketing Specialist** to manage and optimize our digital ad campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. This role is crucial in driving new customer acquisition, increasing online visibility, and improving ROAS. You’ll play a key role in scaling our DTC e-commerce growth through continuous testing, learning, and optimization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Continuously test ad copy, creative, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and key KPIs (CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS) using platforms and dashboards.
- Develop weekly/monthly reports and insights with clear recommendations to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Conduct keyword and competitive research to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage budgets across channels to ensure efficient spend and forecasted growth targets are met.
- Contribute to the development of an always-on testing framework to learn and scale quickly.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 2-4 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for e-commerce or DTC brands.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution models, and digital ad ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and CRO best practices
