**What You’ll Do**:

- _ Review, Enter and post _invoices_ in Great plains and Process payments (EFT, Cheque, Wire)_
- _ Communicate with Vendors/Customers and reconcile discrepancies._
- _ Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with policy and accepted accounting practices._
- _ Reconcile returned funds and communicate with operations team to correct customer information._
- _ Record all cheques, EFTs, credit card payments and wire transfers. Prepare for mailing and maintain filing of accounts payable._
- _ Communicate with Operations team daily on status of payments and make any adjustments as requested._
- _ Verify transactions to comply with financial policies and procedures._
- _ Other duties and projects as requested_

**What You’ll Need**:

- _ 1_ - 2_ year_s’_ _experience in accounts payable._
- _ Advanced in MS Office products - Excel_
- _ Effective team player_
- _ Well-organized, detail-_oriented_ and consistently accurate_
- _ Able to work independently, effectively and constructively under _pressure_
- _ Excellent communication skills_
- _ Achievement oriented; must be able to juggle multiple tasks, tight deadlines and changing priorities_
- _ Ability to be flexible and adaptable when dealing with change_
- _ Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment_
