** **receive, review and process hotel and transfer invoices in a timely manner and to the specification of the hotel/transfer contract. You will meet deadlines as stated on each hotel contract and maintain a good working relationship with hoteliers

**What You’ll Do**:
- _ Review bookings and ensure correct costs are entered._
- _ Process payments accordingly._
- _ Any variance is identified and communicated to supplier._
- _ Communicates to suppliers with payment information._
- _ Direct contact for any inquiry for payment or invoice._
- _ Exchange conversion based on the rates provided by Treasury._
- _ Ensure deductions are made appropriately._
- _ Enter wire payments on the banking platform._
- _ Reconcile accounts and report findings back to the hotels using excel. _
- _Review each booking the hotel states are still outstanding or payment not made as per the hotel invoice and report back to the hotels._

**What You’ll Need**:
- _ 1-3 years of related work experience _
- _Fast learner and comfortable working in a _fast-paced_ environment _
- _Excellent computer skills & MS office _experience in accounting packages_
- _ Good communication skills both in oral and written form_
- _ Attention to detail and high level of accuracy _
- _Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as an active team member_
- _ Demonstrate sound work ethics complimented with flexible work attitude._
