**About the Role**
Eco Lighting & Electrical Inc. is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator to play a dual role in our Calgary Office. This position blends strategic client relationship management with essential behind-the-scenes operational functions, such as purchasing, inventory coordination and internal process efficiency.
**Position Overview**
The Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our customers
- electricians, contractors, builders and property managers
- by providing exceptional service, product guidance and technical support. The individual will also play a key role in operations such as procurement, process implementation and business development. This is an ideal position for someone who understands lighting and electrical supplies and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Identify and engage potential new clients through various methods, including networking, outreach and referrals.
- Work with the Sales Manager to develop and strengthen current relationships within existing clients, as well as assist in growing new client opportunities.
- Increase Sales to existing accounts with the purpose of turning them into long term high value clients.
- Provide clients with competitive and precise quotes using energy-saving solutions where possible.
- Keep up-to-date and accurate CRM records to ensure timely follow-ups and minimize lead slippage.
- Support client inquiries with expert-level product and technical knowledge.
- Oversee supplier relations and purchasing activities for key product lines.
- Analyze buying patterns and inventory trends to anticipate client needs.
- Assist with cost analysis, price checks, and product sourcing alternatives.
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- 3+ years of experience in client management, inside sales and/or operations.
- Experience in the wholesale supply, electrical, lighting industry is highly desired.
- Retail Management experience may also be considered
- Experience working with vendors, purchase orders and replenishment strategies.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Attention to detail in product specs, pricing and logistics.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with quoting, accounting and CRM programs.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and comfortable wearing many hats in a busy setting.
- A valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
