**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Administrator with excellent communication and office duties skills. The role demands high organization, meticulous attention to detail and a passion for client service of both internal teams and outside customers.

**Duties**
- 2-5 years office administrative experience
- Operate busy phone system effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and team members
- Quick learner and self-starter
- Receive and schedule service calls and execute to service team through company software
- Update all assigned tasks daily
- Ensure technicians check in/out on a daily basis
- Provide administrative support to managers
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Manage office clerical duties including filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Manage Vehicle Fleet-check cleanliness & organization of technician vehicles
- Process technician service work orders
- Arrange 3rd party service with sub-contractors
- Basic QuickBooks skills required to assist with scanning invoices to customers
- Packing orders for shipment to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure service requests are met and deliverables are on track.
- Provide support and assistance on other tasks as they arise

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an office or clerical role, preferably as a Service Administrator or similar position.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- English fluency and effect verbal and writing communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in Excel and other computer skills a MUST
- Excellent communication skills and follow up on service requests essential
- Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette is essential.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is appreciated.
- Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify errors in documents.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
