**The Opportunity**

Provide analytic expertise to help understand and communicate financial results. Enable the growth and optimization of the business.

**The Role**
- Perform analysis and prepare recommendations to assist in the optimization of the business performance and align to strategic objectives
- Assist the business leads to identify and resolve root causes of actual to plan variances and liaison between the business and finance
- Consult management in understanding their monthly, quarterly and annual results in detail and identify trends, anomalies and future initiatives for any gaps and/or the strategic plan.
- Support the corporate finance team and business leads in the forecasting and budget process.
- Maintain & develop business initiatives, financial models and analysis in support of decision making
- Prepare ad hoc analysis on an as needed basis, weekly, monthly & quarterly; recommends and maintains KPI reporting were applicable.
- Recommend benchmarks where necessary to identify top performers, track progress and leverage best practises across locations.
- Provide analysis for day-to-day and strategic decision making on all initiatives and services

**Education**:University Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent; Professional accounting designation (CPA) or Pursuing one

**Work Experience**: 3-5 years

**Knowledge**:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience in financial modeling and financial planning and analysis. Knowledge of Vena is an asset
