**Job Description**:
As a Financial Analyst at Contemporary Apparels Inc., you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and contribute to the overall financial health of the company. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial principles.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on company performance, profitability, and trends.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
Perform variance analysis to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and KPIs.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and budgeting processes.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA designation or progress towards completion is an asset.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques, financial modeling, and forecasting.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
