As a Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of the General Mills team and are expected to contribute your ideas and suggestions from day one.

You’ll discover a broad range of opportunities in Finance across the organization. You’ll work with the industry’s most successful brand names. As a Financial Analyst, you will be a member of a team tasked with building business partnerships and leveraging your financial acumen to drive business results. We hire financial analysts into many areas of finance including:

- Brands Finance
- Strategic Revenue Management Finance
- Sales Finance
- Supply Chain Finance
- Planning and Analysis
- Cross Functional Rotations

**Brands Finance Analyst Responsibilities**:
You will work closely with a cross-functional team to help deliver organizational goals by executing the following activities:

- Analyze new product launch financials and feasibility and present to various levels of the organization including senior leadership
- Conduct financial and business analysis to generate insights that influence cross-functional decision-making and shareholder value
- Leverage data and information systems to forecast performance and articulate key drivers of change
- Lead and execute effective and efficient financial processes

**Qualifications**:

- BA, BBA, HBA, BCOMM or MBA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Applied technical/financial expertise
- Strong business partnership skills
- Demonstrated superior performance
- A practical and creative approach to problem solving
- Ability to understand, analyze and communicate financial reports
- Demonstrated leadership and the ability to influence
- Ability to create and follow a process
- A broad business perspective
- Commitment to self-development and the development of others
