We are looking for a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound customer calls and walk-ins from our Calgary, AB office. If you have a passion for customer service and building relationships then this is the position for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming phone calls from customers and vendors
- Maintaining good customer relations and ensuring high degree of customer service
- Greeting walk-in customers and managing the product showroom
- Respond to inquiries for product pricing and provide customer quotations
- Provide timely response for questions/concerns regarding product timelines
- Coordinate inventory levels in showroom
- Office administrative duties including scanning, filing, organizing, and cleanup
- Aid with the procurement of materials from vendors
- Other duties as may be assigned

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Previous customer service experience, preferably with construction materials
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills both in-person and on the phone
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work environment

**Hours of Work**:
Regular work week will be Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.
