As a member of our Administration Team, you will work in a team office environment to ensure timely input and processing of several tasks and documents, working closely with upper management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process documents into ERP;
- Generating and inputting invoice, purchaser orders and other financial and logistic documents;
- Provide administrative support to upper management and HR;
- Accounts payable and receivable assistance

**Requirements / Qualifications**:

- Previous data entry experience is not required, but is an asset
- Experience with computers. Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast paced environments and with stringent deadlines
- An individual with high energy and motivation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English. French is not required, but is an asset.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
