- Coordinate all pre-listing and active listing tasks — from booking photographers to managing timelines with precision
- Liaise between real estate advisors, clients, and vendors to ensure every listing is launched flawlessly
- Input, track, and update property listings across multiple platforms with speed and accuracy
- Own the checklist: Monitor every detail so nothing falls through the cracks
- Support the Listing Agent and Marketing Coordinator to deliver industry-leading marketing for every home we represent
