**The Opportunity**

Reporting to BOMA’s Executive Director, the Coordinator, Events & Member Services will be responsible for:

- Planning and coordinating BOMA’s monthly luncheons, educational seminars and special events, in collaboration with fellow BOMA staff and volunteer committees;
- Researching and writing articles for BOMA INSIDER Magazine (quarterly publication) as well as serving as managing editor for the magazine;
- Compiling information for and managing production of the annual BOMA Membership Handbook and the BOMA Commercial Building Directory;
- Coordinating regular member communications and updates via BOMA e-News and the organization’s website - bomamanitoba.ca

The Coordinator, Events & Member Services will be required to work independently to meet various deadlines. Strong organizational, interpersonal and written communication skills are essential. Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
