**THE POSITION**
You pay attention to the small details, because that is what makes the difference. The
- paced environment and does not get frazzled. With a positive can-do attitude, you tackle stressful situations with ease.

**HOW YOU WILL BE MAKING AN IMPACT**
- Register, plan, and coordinate trade shows, local chapter meetings, and major company events.
- Coordinate and ship event materials to destination and track to ensure on time delivery.
- Book hotel and flights for events.
- Communicate to necessary team members of event details.
- Manage and track events budget.
- Coordinate with marketing to executive on promotions surrounding events.

**WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU REQUIRE**
- Degree or certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Minimum three years' experience in an events coordination capacity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Customer focused attitude with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

**Salary**: $35,183.71-$60,242.89 per year
