We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Volunteer Event Coordinator to help us plan and execute successful events that support our mission. As a Volunteer Event Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in bringing our community together, raising awareness, and making a positive impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Event Planning & Support:

- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, such as \[examples: fundraising events, community outreach programs, awareness campaigns, etc.
- Help develop event concepts, themes, and activities.
- Assist with event setup, registration, and teardown.
- Ensure events run smoothly and provide support to participants.
- Logistics & Coordination:

- Assist with securing event venues, equipment, and supplies.
- Help coordinate volunteers and assign tasks.
- Communicate event details to participants and volunteers.
- Promotion & Outreach:

- Assist with creating event-related materials, such as flyers and announcements.
- Volunteer Engagement:

- Welcome and support event volunteers.
- Provide guidance and training to volunteers as needed.
- Ensure volunteers have a positive and rewarding experience.
- Post-Event Support:

- Assist with gathering feedback from participants and volunteers.
- Help evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with preparing thank-you notes and recognition for volunteers.

Qualifications:

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Experience with event planning or volunteer work is a plus, but not required.
