**Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting customers and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Mitchell 1, and QuickBooks
- Handle filing systems, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks to support daily office operations
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial record keeping using QuickBooks or similar software

- Coordinate administrative tasks such as managing calendars, and preparing reports
- Ensure the office environment remains organized, professional, and welcoming
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems and demonstrating effective phone etiquette
- Follow up with customers regarding service status, scheduling changes, or inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
- Ability to perform basic bookkeeping and filing tasks accurately
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Prior experience in customer support or front desk roles is desirable
- Experience in an automotive or heavy-duty truck environment is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to proofread documents thoroughly and manage time effectively
Pay: $20.00-$28.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
