SAH Restoration is seeking a dedicated office administrator to join our team. From managing administrative tasks to providing support to our team members, you will be instrumental in maintaining a productive work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This may include answering phones, handling correspondence, filing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for equipment, materials, and supplies. Coordinate orders and deliveries as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Flexibility and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks are often essential in office roles.
- Assist with accounting procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of financial principles and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
