We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. Customer Service and Proficiency in Dental Insurance is a MUST

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments using Dentrix
- Manage patient records and update electronic medical records
- Handle billing and insurance claims processing
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental office staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Dentrix
- Knowledge of medical terminology and dental office procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with patients effectively
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Experience with phone systems and front desk operations

Schedule

Wednesday 8:45- 5:15

Thursday 10:45- 7:15

Friday 8:45- 5:15

Saturday 8:45 - 4:15 (closed all long weekends, and Holidays)

Join our team as a Dental Receptionist to contribute to providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic dental office environment.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)
