s a S**ales Associate y**ou provide an unparallel shopping experience for customers looking to elevate their home decor, bedroom aesthetics, and sleep. I

**n this role you will: E**
- ngage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote our quality products and service offerings. E
- nsure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping. W
- ork together as part of the sales team to exceed goals and expectations. P
- articipate in visual directives in accordance with company product launches, including but not limited to setting displays, merchandising products, and maintaining pricing signage. B
- e the face of our combined values, with a focus on customer, wellness, transparency and sustainability. B
- e responsible for ensuring that the story behind our brand gets communicated to our customers C
- reate and curate a comfortable environment for customers to experience our products and learn about our brand. P
- erform other duties as assigned by management. C
- omply with all company policies and procedures. H
- ave fun and promote creativity. T

**he Qualifications and Experience we like to see: I**
- deally have 1- 3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this is considered an asset and not mandatory as we will invest in the right person. P
- assion for aesthetics and experience with home style and décor, design and visual merchandising would be an asset. A
- positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus. B
- e ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning. F
- ull time position; available to work any days, evenings and weekends. P
- roven ability to exceed selling goals. C
- ritical thinking skills and the ability to tackle problems on your own. Y
