**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare job sites by setting up equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and efficiently during installation processes.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within quality standards.
- Read blueprints and construction plans to determine project requirements.
- Perform caulking and sealing tasks as needed to enhance insulation effectiveness.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and properly store tools and materials after use.
- Assist in estimating project costs and timelines based on site assessments.

**Experience**
- Proficiency in caulking techniques for effective sealing.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction processes.
- Experience with power tools commonly used in insulation installation.
- Familiarity with drywall installation practices is a plus.
- Understanding of construction estimating for accurate project planning.
- Knowledge of metal stud framing techniques is beneficial.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately for effective project execution.
- Experience with airless paint spraying may be advantageous.
- Previous work experience on construction sites is preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
