**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks as needed.
- Work on ladders & tape windows/trim/soffits etc.
- Remove & Install finished cabinet doors & drawers.
- Conduct touch-ups and repairs on painted surfaces as required.
- Perform heavy lifting and assist with the installation of various materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project duration.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in spray painting with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Knowledge of relative trade skills like carpentry is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with painting projects.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics and quality finishes.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Valid driver's license is preferred for travel between job sites.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
