C&C Commercial Cleaning Services Inc. is a locally owned company proudly serving Halifax, Dartmouth, and surrounding areas since 2016. We specialize in commercial and janitorial cleaning for offices, medical spaces, veterinary clinics, recreation facilities, daycares, health centres, and housing organizations.

We’re looking for a motivated **Sales Representative** to help grow our portfolio of cleaning contracts throughout HRM. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with local businesses, spotting opportunities, and turning leads into long-term partnerships.

**What You’ll Do**
- Identify and contact potential clients such as new developments, property managers, contractors, and office buildings.
- Visit sites and network locally to introduce our services and capabilities.
- Follow up on leads, prepare quotes (templates provided).
- Maintain a strong pipeline and track all outreach activities.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

**Who You Are**
- Confident, personable, and results-oriented.
- Proven background in **sales, securing commercial cleaning contracts, property management, or B2B services** preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized and self-motivated; comfortable working independently.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

**Compensation & Commission Structure**

We offer a competitive base pay plus an attractive commission plan:

- **10% commission** on the **gross value of each new cleaning contract** for the first 6 months.
- **15% commission** on one-time or short-term projects
- Bonus incentives for securing **long-term recurring contracts** or high-value clients.
