**The Third Publishing**

**Full-time Sales Account Representative**

**The Third** is the Cape Breton Regional Municipality’s new free weekly publication available online and in print at hundreds of popular establishments in the CBRM.

We are looking for sales representatives to sell advertising to the Halifax market on a commission basis.

**Main duties**
- Promote sales to existing clients
- Identify and solicit potential clients
- Provide clients with information about the benefits advertising with The Third
- Estimate or quote prices, contract terms
- Prepare purchase agreements
- Client relationship-building
- Achieve sales targets

**Experience**
- Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- Professional experience in advertising, marketing or public relations would be considered an asset.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in the fields of marketing or public relations would be considered beneficial.

**Required Qualifications**
- Motivated by the unlimited compensation a commissioned sales structure offers
- Self-organized
- Ability to work independently
- A reliable vehicle
- A valid driver’s licence
- Current vehicle liability insurance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $25,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
