**Job Title: Territory Sales Representative - Amca Sales & Marketing**
**Territory**: Halifax Regional Municipality
**Overview**:
We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to represent our principal’s brands in the Halifax Regional Municipality. This remote position involves field sales responsibilities designed to drive revenue in line with the national strategy. As an advocate for our brands, you will work closely with retail partners to boost product assortment and enhance brand visibility at Points of Sale (POS). By building strong relationships with store management and staff, you will position our brands as the top choice in stores and become a passionate ambassador for our client’s products.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage relationships with retail partners within your designated territory, ensuring brand presence and customer experience consistency across all POS.
- Leverage business data to drive discussions and negotiations with retail partners.
- Execute merchandising in stores as needed.
- Educate and motivate retail staff on the brand’s product offerings, promotions and initiatives.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed, maintaining a strong brand image.
- Secure POS opportunities and maximize product visibility through strategic placement of POS materials.
- Oversee inventory management in stores, ensuring product availability and minimizing stock-outs.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding expenses, travel, safety, and more.

**Experience & Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in merchandising or with one of retail partners is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Confident and able to work independently.
- Effective communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new programs.
- Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting up to 20 lbs).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required.
**Additional Information**
- The annual salary includes both a base salary and allowances for vehicle and communication expenses. This role is not commission-based.
- This territory does not require any overnight travel.
- Gas cards are provided to cover all fuel expenses.
- No evening or weekend required.
- Benefits and RRSP Matching are available after the probationary period.
