As a Service Centre Administrator, you will be responsible for enabling Scotia Online access to our end clients on behalf of the Wealth Management business units. **Is this role right for you? In this role you will**: - Take ownership of inquiries adhering to the standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) and ensuring information is accurately delivered - Assist in analyzing, creating, and maintaining a variety of Excel reports related to client-specific mailing requirements **Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We’d love to work with you if you have**: - Experience working in a brokerage environment - Strong analytical skills - A good understanding of client on-boarding and maintenance rules, regulations, and processes - Strong knowledge of operational processes and systems in support of Wealth Management Business - An ability to multi-task, change priorities as required and work in a high-volume administrative-focused Service Centre environment - Effective written and verbal communication skills - An ability to work in a team environment and independently Location(s): Canada : Ontario : Toronto Scotiabank is a leading bank in the Americas.
