Office Administrative Assistant

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment.
- Plan, organize, and schedule appointments/ meetings in the office, off-site, and via videoconference.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
- Following up with potential leads for admission to our programs
- Receive invoices and review for accuracy.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Submit and reconcile expense and accounts receivable reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Requirements for the role:
- Degree/diploma in Business Administration preferred.
- 1-3 years of clerical, administrative, or office experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
