Rehab First is currently seeking a full-time **MED**_**Net **_**Medical Co-ordinator** to work in the London head office to support our expanding intake team.

Rehab First is one of Ontario's largest multidisciplinary assessment and treatment organizations, numbering approximately 100 professional staff who are supported by the Psychologists and Physicians on our MED_Net_ roster. In addition to our MED_Net_partners, our disciplines include Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Counselling, Professional Case Management, Rehabilitation Therapy, Litigation Support including Life Care Planning and Future Care Cost Reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Intake of clients into Rehab First for assessment and treatment services
- Interact with clients, treatment providers and referral partners in order to identify the clients specific assessment and treatment needs
- Work with clients to ensure that they have access to the assessment and treatments they require given their illness or injury
- Arrange the needed service with the appropriate MED_Net_ partner and secure funding
- Assisting with client file reviews
- Maintain and expand referral customer relationships, such as those with insurers, lawyers, employers, physicians and psychologists
- Establish and cultivate relationships with potential new MED_Net_ partners in order to recruit them to the team

**Key Qualifications**
- Background and experience in the rehabilitation or medical field
- Post Secondary education in the medical or rehabilitation field
- Superior communication, planning, problem-solving, time management and documentation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Self-motivated, with demonstrated ability to manage a busy and varied schedule
- Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check

**Salary**: $39,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
