We bring the world's most innovative people to Google and provide the programs that help them thrive. Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field. **Responsibilities**: - Deliver dynamic consultations around a variety of HR topics aligned to the People Operations (POps) Menu of Services such as performance enablement, team/manager/leader effectiveness, career development, and navigating transitions. - Contribute to deployment of HR programs and processes for the Canadian market via dynamic consultations. - Identify key stakeholders to build network and contribute to cross-team collaboration. - Develop comprehensive knowledge of Google-wide HR policies, local/market legal and regulatory knowledge, of Google-wide HR policies and the POps Menu of Services and understand how to navigate the POps ecosystem in order to effectively service Googlers and managers and leaders.
